I wanted to focus on the act of creation not just as an artistic practice, but as a way to create a better world for ourselves and others. I wanted to show a diversity of people coming together over generations to create a present and a future based on care, compassion, and collaboration; to show that we are not alone; and that together we can create something beautiful and positive.
Today, when the world is faced with new global challenges, it is important to ensure reasonable harmony and cohesion for a secure future for all mankind. To solve this problem, joint efforts are needed at the interpersonal, national, international levels. The need for social trust and mutual assistance is dictated by the creative nature of man, the laws of which are universal for all their diversity.
The physical necessity of social distance caused by the pandemic should not be the reason for rethinking the eternal values of humanism and love. Spiritual salvation is accomplished through individual inner growth, but physical salvation is a common cause that can be realized only together. The past cannot be changed, but the future can be influenced!

Who, as a human being, has not felt inside his past head? Either from stress, personal problems, conflicts, negative emotions or worries. This causes a person to have a scrambled thought and it is a bit difficult to get rid of that tangled thread, a black cloud. But this takes time and that you, little by little rest this large thread so that you can free yourself and feel clear in your mind.
At present, even monumental and destructive actions are carried out by hand by creating certain hashtags. A person with certain interests, whether called by his conscience to heal the world's problems or an irresponsible person who wants to destroy life, is able to mobilize and influence society with his hashtags. Its influence is great for human life in the real world.
How many events have occurred in the real world mobilized through hashtags that have gone viral on social media? How many demonstrations, protests, anarchic actions have been carried out from mobilization through the hashtag? Or how much positive support has there been for good things to change the world? such as support for victims of COVID-19, victims of war, victims of racism, and others. Also, how many government and private programs have been campaigned through the hashtag?
These actions gave rise to new belief/faith and mass movements, and influenced social and political conditions, as well as other aspects of human life.
"Hands bring Hope"
Hands fulfill various roles in our life, beyond being mere survival tools, they serve us to communicate and transmit our message of hope to the rest of the world.
"Less weapons, more art"
Less destruction and more creation: encouraging art and creation helps our society to connect with each other and evolve culturally, weapons only bring destruction, pain and death.

The poster represents the capacity we have as a society to build over difficulty. We are capable of creating just by imagining, and the diversity of ideas constitute the essential elements that together create solid foundations in the search for a promising future where humanity thrives. We need to build a future based on proposals and ideas, a future where all voices are heard and contribute to creating a better world than the one we were given.
THANKS to all those creating, to all builders, to all anonymous heroes. Hands are for creating, and hands are to thank those who sacrifice themselves for society and humanity. My heartfelt thanks to every one of these priceless individuals. This is why I wrote it on my hand to never forget and to show my full appreciation.
This poster aims to reflect the commitment and love of the most important people in these long times of pandemic: women and men who with their hands work, help and caress thousands of people in compromised situations. They are the ones who have been and are always there: heroes and heroines of the front line of battle.
At the moment we are in the Covid-19 pandemic, our hands stand out for being one of the biggest sources of transmission of the virus, they are often covered with alcohol gel, soap and water. However, they are also the ones that can fight it. With that, my hands wanted to represent them and honor them in the proposed poster.
Our hands are an important medium for contacting the outside world and understanding things. It can make people feel power, feel warm, and soothe people's pure hearts.Hands can create the future and change the world. All the beautiful things in the world are created by hands. It is a miracle of life.
The hand is often represented in the history of painting and posters. The Dadaists, the Polish poster artists (in particular Cieslewicz), the posters of May 68 and the French of the “Grapus” collective… These different authors are for me references who gave me the desire to make images and accompany me from when I draw a raised protest fist or a generous outstretched hand. The hand sign is easily readable and understandable by different audiences and will still be heavily drawn (by hand or with other tools) by many artists of the present and the future.
When the cold days come, my mother takes her needles and skeins of yarn and starts knitting scarves and beanies to keep us warm… For me, giving visible and physical shapes to feeling is one of the most beautiful ways to create. Objects that could easily be bought and machine-made, when handmade take on a much more welcoming and affectionate meaning. Beyond giving shape to physical goods, our hands can also create and materialize intangible and sensitive things. This poster was created to symbolize the moments when feelings take shape and color through people’s hands.

My poster is about people being wary of false information and finding the truth with their own hands. The news and information we hear from others may be wrong, so we have to look for the truth with our hands, so we can see the facts hiding in the background. LOOK WITH YOUR HANDS!

The world of creation is in our hands, with them we manufacture everything we need in our lives, we make art, we compose music, we share love, we plant and prepare our food, we build our homes, we sew our clothes and endless things more, but the most important thing is that with them we recreate all our dreams and illusions.
"Love you me her"
Hands, feet, body, eyes, mouth, facial features, body parts, four English letters L, O, V, E, each letter represents a weird and rare character body, four weird and rare character body It constitutes a love word in English "LOVE", which expresses the care for patients with rare diseases, the love for beauty, hope and life, and the rich colors express the sunshine and hope for a better life, dedication to society, and love for life.
NAANDEYÉ GARCÍA VILLEGAS
I believe that we are living a crucial moment in humanity. Within this context, our actions as a society have led us to face a series of problems that if we do not face in a humane and honest way, it will be very difficult for us to sustain ourselves for many more years as a civilization. This poster is a call to all humanity to wake up from this lethargy that has plunged us into an unprecedented social, political and environmental crisis. Let's use our hands, our human strength to change our harmful behaviors and transform our destiny.
The "Hand strength" poster is dedicated to creativity. Any manifestation of it. With our own hands we create not only works of art, but also our life in general. Lush, rich, varied. The creative flow as if from a portal is in full swing. And this power is in our hands.
"Hands were made to create"
And it is precisely that my poster is a metaphor where the creation starts from a point in which human beings have a great idea that is gestated in our thoughts, one that, to materialize it, we must connect the brain with that part of the body that helps us to conceive it and thus feel happy to see it being born with the same DNA that makes us up.
Having said the above, and echoing the theme of this call, I want to make it clear that I consider that our hands must materialize ideas whose purpose is to create; never to destroy the good things that we still have.
In different periods of human beings, the constantly exposed destructive behavior destroys the sense of trust in society. But fortunately, there are still some people in our society who are constantly creating and building. It is precisely because of the existence of these people that our civilization can stand and even flourish. We can also see in the global virus epidemic: wearing the same doctor's uniform, one is to create the virus and the other is to solve the virus. In the face of self choice, please make good use of the creativity of our hands.
We have the power to change the world and make it a better place. It is in our hands to create a great many things from what seems to be inadequate in the first place. As can be seen in the poster, hands are trying to create beautiful texture (trees and flowers) out of unusable yarn, weaving fragile threads into one big united and beautiful whole, creating harmony out of chaos. We can make something worthwhile out of something worthless with our own hands that will make a beautiful change in the world.
The gesture of help expresses a message of connection, the two hands are a continuation of each other as a symbolic bridge. Fingers of both hands transform into colorful stairs, showing the result of diversity and creativity when our efforts are combined. When we work together and support each other - magic happens!
“Learn Nonviolence Now”
Mahatma Gandhi once said, "Nonviolence is the greatest power at the disposal of humankind." To that end, this poster underscores the need for learning how to engage peacefully in the face of conflict. For only in this method can we genuinely discover sustainable paths toward peace.
Each person has in their hands the ability to create healthy environments for the development of other living beings. From the environmental point of view, we have been capable of destroying entire habitats, preventing the development of thousands of species, but our hands are also capable of creating and repairing these damages, from the unity of action. A bond joins our hands, and it is the commitment to create a better future place for all those species that we have damaged, including the human species.
Love is the creator of everything noble, strong, warm and bright. Each of these moments of creation is kind and innocent. In life stories, we must always maintain an initial heart, no matter how much we experience the hardships of life and the coldness of the world. Let kindness be resurrected countless times.
Human relationships are essential for creating change, improving quality of life, social and personal development. In general, hands connect and bring us together. The poster is a visual metaphor of how people build and create relationships. There are different stages of a relationship: disillusionment, doubt and denial, the merge, the decision and wholehearted love.
Humanity is facing a global crisis. Perhaps the greatest crisis of our generation. The decisions that people and governments will make have the potential to shape the world of the future. When we choose between different options, the question before us is not only how to overcome the current threat, but also what kind of world we want to live in when this storm passes. This storm will pass, humanity will last, most of us will survive, but we will live in a different world. We need a global effort to produce, a coordinated global effort can greatly accelerate production and ensure that equipment that saves lives is distributed more equitably. Hands make the world.

“Hands are to create”
Since we are little we create, since we touch elements to play, imagine and dream. The Lego game is an element to create, together they all unify dreams, creativity and love. A game to create love in our hearts, it would be a title close to this great project.
Hands are to create means to me that everyone has some abilities, they should be used to bring good, love and peace. We, as humanity, have to face many challenges like wars, hunger, global warming ...
Each of us, through a small gesture, can change the world. To improve it, and show other people that the hands are there to create beauty, good, not destruction and suffering. Hands are there to help others, this is what we should teach future generations.
As creatives, it is difficult to always be successful in the images we make. Many times a good idea may not be the best, and at other times it may even go unnoticed if the message lacks force. As a poster artist I have learned that: a single image is not going to change the world completely. But, if the message can inspire or raise awareness in one or more people in favor of something positive, and especially if it is in favor of a social cause, all the work will have been worth it. Participating this year in the tenth edition of Escucha mi Voz "Hands are to create" represents the sum of effort and perseverance that I have had through several years of generating posters, the sum of teachings and lessons from teachers and colleagues with more experience than I in the field of posters, the support of my family and friends who always encourage me to continue in what I like to do, but above all it means to continue contributing with images that help improve the world through the message Social. Creating, one poster at a time.
