Convocatoria
Call for entries
1.- Podrán participar todos los diseñadores y diseñadoras, artistas gráficos, o artistas plásticos o visuales SIN restricción de edad, género o nacionalidad. Cada participante podrá enviar hasta 10 carteles.
2.- Deberán registrarse en la página www.escuchamivoz.org Por favor consulta nuestro aviso de privacidad antes de registrarte. El registro permanecerá abierto desde el 5 de octubre hasta el 20 de noviembre del 2025. El registro NO genera ningún correo de confirmación. A partir de que hayas creado tu cuenta podrás iniciar el envío de carteles a través del sistema ingresando con su correo y contraseña.

4.- Deberán enviar su(s) cartel(es) a través de la misma página web en la medida: 2953 x 4134 pixeles a 150 dpi en RGB (50 x 70 cm a 150 dpi en RGB). EN FORMATO VERTICAL con un peso no mayor a 10MB por cartel. Grabados en formato JPG. Los carteles que sean enviados sin cumplir con este requisito serán descalificados y perderán la oportunidad de pasar al proceso del jurado.
5.- Es de suma importancia leer detenidamente el BRIEF, que expone y puntualiza los datos duros sobre el tema: MI CIUDAD LIMPIA, esto te dará el conocimiento para que puedas comprenderlo mejor y es material sumamente valioso para la concepción y desarrollo de tus ideas.
6.- La convocatoria permanecerá abierta del 5 de octubre y hasta el día 20 de Noviembre del 2025.
SOMOS UN AC SIN ÁNIMO DE LUCRO. TE RECOMENDAMOS PREGUNTAR CUÁL ES EL OBJETIVO DE OTRAS INICIATIVAS DE CARTEL ANTES DE PRESTAR TU ARTE Y DONAR TU TIEMPO.
7.- Escucha mi Voz no otorga premios en dinero ni bienes materiales. Los mejores 20 carteles serán seleccionados por un jurado internacional y serán parte de exhibiciones itinerantes en el interior de la ZMG.
8.- Tú puedes hospedar una exhibición en tu escuela o empresa! Si estás interesado en gestionarla por favor escríbenos para darte más información a: posters@escuchamivoz.org
9.- El jurado deliberará en línea durante finales del mes de Noviembre del 2025. Si tu cartel es seleccionado tendrás un certificado como diseñador seleccionado enviado de forma electrónica, y formarás parte de las exhibiciones de la colección MI CIUDAD LIMPIA.
10.- Si participas pero tu cartel no resulta seleccionado, de cualquier forma contarás con un certificado digital que con todo gusto te enviaremos por vía electrónica.
11.- Los carteles enviados deben ser de tu autoría. Al enviarnos tu(s) cartel(es) confirmas que el diseño fue realizado por ti y no contiene elementos que pudieran dañar la propiedad intelectual de un tercero. No es requisito que los carteles sean inéditos pero sí que sean de tu autoría.
12.- Puedes utilizar arte creado por herramientas de IA para producir una parte de tu propuesta siempre y cuando no sea totalmente creado por IA, no podemos ignorarla, ¿O sí?. Sólo recuerda: este es un concurso de CARTEL no de ILUSTRACIÓN ni de arte generativo. No obstante, valoramos mucho más el diseño humano. ¡Confía en tu creatividad!
13.- Al enviarnos tu cartel a este concurso, admites ceder los derechos a: CREATIVAVOZ, A.C. para que tu(s) cartel(es) sean utilizado(s) para ser exhibido(s), promovido(s), difundido(s), y/o publicado(s) en cualquier medio impreso o electrónico, con fines de educación, promoción, difusión y recaudación de fondos para todas las actividades relacionadas con este concurso.
14.- Cada autor/autora es responsable de su obra y conserva en todo momento su derecho de autoría sobre su obra y será siempre reconocido y anunciado. Te notificaremos cada vez que tu obra sea exhibida, reproducida o difundida en cualquier medio.
15.- Por favor, no publiques tu(s) cartel(es) en redes sociales hasta que el jurado haya dado su veredicto.
16.- Los carteles podrán o no ser inéditos. (Puedes enviar carteles que hayas diseñado previamente).
17.- Los nombres de las diseñadoras y diseñadores seleccionados se darán a conocer durante el mes de NOVIEMBRE/DICIEMBRE del 2025.
18.- Las exhibiciones arrancarán tentativamente a partir de Diciembre del 2025 y se irán dando a conocer conforme se vaya desarrollando la agenda de las sedes.

2.- Participants must register at www.escuchamivoz.org Please consult our privacy notice before registering. Registration will remain open from October 5 to November 20, 2025. Registration does NOT generate a confirmation email. Once you have created your account, you can start submitting posters through the system by logging in with your email and password.

4.- You must submit your poster(s) through the same website in the following format: 2953 x 4134 pixels at 150 dpi in RGB (50 x 70 cm at 150 dpi in RGB). IN VERTICAL FORMAT with a file size no larger than 10MB per poster. Saved in JPG format. Posters that are submitted without complying with this requirement will be disqualified and will lose the opportunity to go through the jury process.
5.- It is extremely important to read the BRIEF carefully, which sets out the key facts on the theme: MY CLEAN CITY. This will give you the knowledge you need to understand it better and is extremely valuable material for the conception and development of your ideas.
6.- The call for entries will remain open from October 5 to November 20, 2025.
WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ASK WHAT THE OBJECTIVE OF OTHER POSTER INITIATIVES IS BEFORE LENDING YOUR ART AND DONATING YOUR TIME.
7.- Escucha mi Voz does not award cash prizes or material goods. The best 20 posters will be selected by an international jury and will be part of traveling exhibitions within Guadalajara,Jalisco.

9.- The jury will deliberate online at the end of November 2025. If your poster is selected, you will receive a certificate as a selected designer sent electronically, and you will be part of the MY CLEAN CITY collection exhibitions.
10.- If you participate but your poster is not selected, you will still receive a digital certificate, which we will gladly send you electronically.
11.- The posters submitted must be your own work. By sending us your poster(s), you confirm that the design was created by you and does not contain elements that could infringe on the intellectual property of a third party. It is not a requirement that the posters be unpublished, but they must be your own work.
12.- You may use art created by AI tools to produce part of your proposal as long as it is not entirely created by AI. We can't ignore it, can we? Just remember: this is a POSTER contest, not an ILLUSTRATION or generative art contest. However, we value human design much more. Trust your creativity.
13.- By submitting your poster to this contest, you agree to transfer the rights to CREATIVAVOZ, A.C. so that your poster(s) be used for display, promotion, dissemination, and/or publication in any print or electronic media for the purposes of education, promotion, dissemination, and fundraising for all activities related to this contest.
14.- Each author is responsible for their work and retains their copyright at all times and will always be recognized and announced. We will notify you each time your work is exhibited, reproduced, or disseminated in any medium.
15.- Please do not publish your poster(s) on social media until the jury has reached its verdict.
16.- Posters may or may not be unpublished. (You may submit posters that you have designed previously).
17.- The names of the selected designers will be announced during the month of NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2025.
18.- The exhibitions will tentatively begin in December 2025 and will be announced as the schedule for the venues is developed.
