Let's preserve the treasure of the Marine World
Convocatoria
1.- Podrán participar todos los menores, desde los 3 y hasta los 17 años SIN restricción de género o nacionalidad. Cada participante podrá enviar hasta 10 carteles. LA TÉCNICA ES LIBRE.
2.- Deberán registrarse en la página www.escuchamivoz.org Por favor consulta nuestro aviso de privacidad antes de registrarte. El registro permanecerá abierto desde el 01 de Junio hasta el 30 de AGOSTO del 2023 (en caso de recorrerse la fecha se anunciará en esta página). El registro genera un correo de confirmación con una liga para habilitar la cuenta. Favor de verificar que el correo de confirmación no se encuentre en su bandeja de spam. A partir de que hayas activado tu cuenta podrás iniciar el envío de carteles a través del sistema ingresando con su correo y password.

4.- Deberán enviar su(s) cartel(es) a través de la misma página web del registro en el apartado CATEGORÍA INFANTIL en cualquier medida: . Grabados en formato JPG. EN FORMATO VERTICAL.Una fotografía bien tomada con celular será suficiente para participar. Asegúrate de que la fotografía no esté desenfocada y que tenga suficiente luz para poder apreciar la obra.

Conservemos el tesoro del MUNDO MARINO, esto te dará el conocimiento para que puedas comprenderlo mejor y es material sumamente valioso para la concepción y desarrollo de tus ideas.
7.- La convocatoria permanecerá abierta del 01 de Junio y hasta el día 30 de Agosto del 2023.
8.- Escucha mi Voz no otorga premios en dinero ni bienes materiales. Los mejores 20 carteles serán seleccionados por un jurado nacional y serán parte de exhibiciones itinerantes en el interior del país y probablemente en otros países.Nuestras exhibiciones han llegado a EE.UU. China, Irán, Irlanda. También formarán parte de la galería virtual en esta página web. Además, los mejores CINCO CARTELES en territorio mexicano serán premiados con un kit de arte para que sigas creando arte y transformando realidades en un mundo mejor.
9.- Tú puedes hospedar una exhibición en tu país o en tu escuela! Si estás interesado en gestionarla por favor escríbenos para darte más información a: posters@escuchamivoz.org
10.- El jurado deliberará en línea durante el mes de Septiembre del 2023. Si tu cartel es seleccionado tendrás un ejemplar de una edición electrónica SIN costo así como un certificado como diseñador seleccionado enviado de forma electrónica, la edición impresa se llevará a cabo en impresión bajo demanda y será pagada por cada interesado. Esto reduce el impacto de emisiones de CO2 así como los costos de envío. En cuanto se encuentre disponible se te hará saber por mail y en nuestras redes sociales.
11.- Si participas pero tu cartel no resulta seleccionado, de cualquier forma contarás con un certificado digital que con todo gusto te enviaremos por vía electrónica.
12.- Los carteles enviados deben ser de tu autoría. Al enviarnos tu(s) cartel(es) confirmas que el diseño fue realizado por ti y no contiene elementos que pudieran dañar la propiedad intelectual de un tercero. No es requisito que los carteles sean inéditos pero sí que sean de tu autoría.
13.- Al enviarnos el cartel del menor a este concurso, admites ceder los derechos a: A Toda Voz, A.C. para que tu(s) cartel(es) sean utilizado(s) para ser exhibido(s), promovido(s), difundido(s), y/o publicado(s) en cualquier medio impreso o electrónico, con fines de educación, promoción, difusión y recaudación de fondos para todas las actividades relacionadas con este concurso.
14.- Cada autor es responsable de su obra y conserva en todo momento su derecho de autoría sobre su obra y será siempre reconocido y anunciado. Te notificaremos cada vez que tu obra sea exhibida, reproducida o difundida en cualquier medio.
15.- Por favor, no publiques tu(s) cartel(es) en redes sociales hasta que el jurado haya dado su veredicto.
16.- Los carteles podrán o no ser inéditos. (Puedes enviar carteles que hayas diseñado previamente).
17.- Los nombres de los diseñadores seleccionados se darán a conocer durante el mes de SEPTIEMBRE del 2022.
18.- Las exhibiciones arrancarán tentativamente a partir de Octubre del 2022 y se irán dando a conocer conforme se vaya desarrollando la agenda de las sedes.
Call for entries
1.- All children amongst 3 to 17 years old, unrestricted gender may participate. Each participant will be able to submit up to 10 posters. ANY ART TECHNIQUE IS PERMITED.
2.- Requires registration in www.escuchamivoz.org page starting June 1st 2023. Please see our privacy notice before registering link. System generates an account which requieres your activation by clicking a link send to your email, please be sure to review your spam and be sure to have our email account in your address book to avoid this delay. However, if you have any trouble do not hesitate to contact us. posters@escuchamivoz.org
3.- Should send their poster (s) through the same website as far: VERTICAL FORMAT IN ANY SIZE in JPG Format. Be sure the picture you send to us is clear enough and well focused. PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR KID POSTER at register page after your activate your account at KIDS CATEGORY.
5.- It is very important to carefully read the BRIEF on Let's preserve the treasure of the MARINE WORLD, this will give you the knowledge on the subject and is highly valuable material for conception and development of your ideas.
5.- The call will be open from June 1st until August 30th 2023.
6.- We do not grant cash awards or material goods. The best 20 posters will be selected by an international jury and will be part of traveling exhibitions inside the country and probably in other countries in the world (You can have a poster exhibition in your country if you want! – write to us for further information to: posters@escuchamivoz.org).
7.- The jury will meet online during the month of September - 2023. If your poster is selected you will have an electronic copy without cost. This year print edition will be under demand and should be cover by each participant. This allow us to reduce CO2 impact and also shipment costs will be lower for you, since we realized print books shipment has been not competitive any more. You will have the chance to have a print edition with a lowest cost than past years.
8.- Also, if you send to us a poster and you are not selected we will send to you an electronic certificate by e-mail. If you are a selected designer your certificate will be send you electronically.
9.- Posters must be sent from your authorship. By submitting your (s) sign (s) you confirm that the design was done by you and does not contain elements that could damage the intellectual property of a third party.
10.- By submitting your kid poster to this contest, assign the rights to admit: A Toda Voz A.C. for your (s) sign (s) are used (s) to be displayed (s), promoted (s), broadcast (s), and / or published (s) in any print or electronic media, for education , advocacy, outreach and fundraising for all activities related to this contest
11.- Each author is responsible for his work and at all times retains the right to ownership of his work and will always be recognized and announced. We will notify you whenever your work will be displayed, reproduced or disseminated in any form.
12.- Please do not post your (s) sign (s) in social networks until the jury has given its verdict.
13.- Posters must be original but not necessarily unpublished.
14.- The names of the selected designers will be announced during the month of SEPTEMBER 2023.
