Natalia Volpe (Argentina, 1973) Es diseñadora gráfica, egresada de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA), y Máster en Literatura por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB).

Actualmente se desempeña como directora de la Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico en la Universidad de Flores (UFLO), como profesora universitaria y directora de su propio estudio.

Su trabajo profesional y académico se centra en el desarrollo de proyectos gráficos, editoriales y artísticos, con un marcado compromiso con el cartel social como herramienta crítica y transformadora. Muchas de sus obras interpelan directamente a la sociedad y han sido reconocidas y exhibidas internacionalmente, recibiendo premios en países como México, España, Polonia y Francia, entre otros.

Entre sus distinciones se destacan: el primer premio por el cartel “Pensar y ser Sostenible” (FINI, México, 2024), el primer premio por “Otras miradas” (Festival de Cine de Zaragoza, España, 2022), el premio especial del jurado por “Queremos Jazz” (Polonia, 2020) y el primer premio en el Festival CULTURAMÉRICA (Francia, 2016).

Ha expuesto su obra en destacados espacios y eventos internacionales, como “Una manera de ver el mundo” en la Bienal Internacional de Diseño de Saint-Étienne, Francia (2022); “¡URGE!” en el Centro Cultural Matta, Argentina (2022); y “Natalia Volpe Manifesti” en el Festival Cartacanta, Civitanova Marche, Italia (2021). Su obra integra el Museo MAGMA.

Ha integrado jurados internacionales en diferentes convocatorias de carteles: BICeBé, Uruguay Cartel, Ecuador Poster Bienal, Escucha mi voz, Gráfica Madrid, entre otros.

Participa regularmente en exposiciones, talleres y conferencias en distintos países, consolidando una trayectoria que combina sensibilidad artística, compromiso social y vocación pedagógica.

Natalia Volpe (Argentina, 1973) is a graphic designer and educator whose work bridges the worlds of art, design, and social engagement. She earned her degree in Graphic Design from the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism at the University of Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA) and holds a Master’s in Literature from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).

Volpe currently serves as Director of the Bachelor’s Program in Graphic Design at the University of Flores (UFLO) while also teaching at the university level and running her own design studio.

Her practice—both professional and academic—centers on creating graphic, editorial, and artistic projects with a strong focus on the social poster as a vehicle for critical thought and social transformation. Many of her pieces directly confront pressing social issues and have been recognized and exhibited internationally, earning awards in Mexico, Spain, Poland, France, and beyond.

Her accolades include: First Prize for Pensar y ser Sostenible (FINI, Mexico, 2024); First Prize for Otras miradas (Zaragoza Film Festival, Spain, 2022); Special Jury Award for Queremos Jazz (Poland, 2020); and First Prize at the CULTURAMÉRICA Festival (France, 2016).

She has showcased her work at major international events and venues, including Una manera de ver el mundo at the International Design Biennial of Saint-Étienne, France (2022); ¡URGE! at the Matta Cultural Center, Argentina (2022); and Natalia Volpe Manifesti at the Cartacanta Festival, Civitanova Marche, Italy (2021). Her work is also part of the MAGMA Museum’s permanent collection.

Volpe has served as a juror for numerous international poster competitions, such as BICeBé, Uruguay Cartel, Ecuador Poster Bienal, Escucha mi voz, and Gráfica Madrid.
